Simuka Human Capital (SHC) is an enterprise focused on the development of our people. We believe in Africa and its development is dependent on its People acquiring practical skills. We offer a range of Learnership and Skills Development training on entrepreneurial, technical and technology applications.  We assist both individuals and companies. Our enterprise is focused on the development of skills across various economic aspects. Human capital is essential to inclusive economic growth and well-being. 

Setting: Africa is the world’s second-most populous continent, with 1.3 billion people. It has the youngest population in the world with a median age of 19.7 years compared to the worldwide median age was 30.4. The population is rapidly growing. Africa at the moment is the least developed and poorest continent on the planet. Every year it is expected approximately 11 million youth will enter the job market. 

With the above context, young people should be the drivers of Africa’s economy and future.
